**Offer Details** ------------------------- We are looking for an Agrocenter Manager, passionate about agriculture, results-oriented and experienced in team management. The position offers the opportunity to lead the integral operation of a key Agrocenter within a leading international company in the sector, generating direct impact on the productivity and experience of regional producers. The position is based in Coronel Juarez, Buenos Aires Province. Your Mission Reporting to Regional Management, your objective will be to plan, manage and coordinate human, financial and operational resources, ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused environment. You will lead the distribution of agricultural inputs and services from the Agrocenter, guaranteeing customer needs satisfaction and achievement of commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities Translate corporate strategy into concrete plans for the Agrocenter and its team. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performance commercial and operational team. Manage and forecast product demand, anticipating deviations and opportunities. Manage customer portfolio and support the commercial development of direct reports. Ensure compliance with commercial, financial and operational policies. Supervise the Agrocenter's integral operations: logistics, inventories, administration and customer service. Monitor key performance indicators: sales, costs, operational efficiency, human resources and regulatory compliance. Promote continuous improvement initiatives, efficiency and synergy with other Agrocenters. Ensure proper implementation of Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), Compliance and CSR policies. Foster a positive, inclusive and challenging work environment. What We Are Looking For Education and Knowledge: Graduate in Agricultural Engineering or related fields (desirable). Technical knowledge in crops and agribusiness. Advanced proficiency in Office suite. Valid driver's license. Residence near the Agrocenter or willingness to relocate. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles leading commercial and operational teams. Personal Competencies: Strategic vision and results orientation.
