





Job Description: At Novatium, we are seeking a Semi-Senior Technical Support specialist to provide services to a major client located in Avellaneda–South Zone. Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to internal users. * Resolve first- and second-level incidents, ensuring operational continuity. * Manage ticketing system. * Install, configure, and maintain applications. * Provide general hardware and Windows operating system support. * Manage IT equipment inventory. * Provide support to VIP personnel. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and office productivity software. Experience in technical support for PC and notebook hardware. Professional appearance, clear diction, and excellent interpersonal skills. Desirable: Currently pursuing a degree in computer science or related field. Conditions: Work modality: On-site. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
