





A prestigious company is seeking an advanced student or graduate in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least two years of experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include: Managing disciplinary sanctions, onboarding, and employee terminations. Conducting collective bargaining negotiations. Administering and analyzing personnel category changes under collective agreements. Analyzing and reporting absenteeism to various departments. Ensuring compliance with, and enforcing, Safety and Hygiene, Quality, and/or Environmental regulations. Maintaining health permits and certifications required by applicable standards. Approving and monitoring all operational procedures related to Good Practices, and training staff accordingly. Desirable competencies for this role include proactivity and dynamism, service orientation, autonomy, empathy, negotiation skills, teamwork ability, and communication skills. Having personal transportation is considered an advantage. Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
