As Senior Director Accounting and Controlling EMEA, you are responsible for leading, strategically aligning, and further developing Dentsply Sirona’s accounting function in the EMEA region. You will lead a regional accounting team responsible for complete and compliant bookkeeping and financial reporting in accordance with US\-GAAP and local standards. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting for the EMEA region. This includes supporting quarterly SEC filings and ensuring timely preparation of all legally required financial statements—including coordinating external audits when necessary. Maintaining an effective internal control system for financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements is crucial for success in this role. This position is a key leadership role within the global accounting organization. You will lead a team of international professionals, create a sustainable, performance\-driven work environment, and actively support your team members’ professional development. You will ensure that all responsibilities are carried out with the highest level of quality and professionalism. You will work closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) organization and continuously strengthen this partnership to further optimize service delivery and underlying operational models.
