We value individuals who question the "why" behind what we do and explore how design can contribute to the success of our products. You will actively participate in the entire design process, from ideation to execution, focusing on creating simple, effective solutions with high quality standards. We are seeking an autonomous, responsible, and committed individual who excels at teamwork, collaborates effectively across departments, and becomes a key reference within the organization. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities** * Work closely with Product, Development, and stakeholders to align goals, define requirements, and make data-driven decisions. * Lead complex projects independently, taking ownership of designing features or complete user flows. * Design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions to address specific business and user challenges. * Deliver high-quality visual and technical work, contributing to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System. * Promote the use of Design Systems to enhance team efficiency and ensure consistency across teams. * Integrate research insights and quantitative data throughout each stage of the design process to validate hypotheses and measure impact. * Foster a feedback culture: actively participate in design critiques, give and receive constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement within the team. **Mandatory Requirements** * Tertiary or university degree in design or related fields. * Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Senior Designer, serving as a reference within multidisciplinary teams. * Portfolio demonstrating your quality standards and attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency in Figma. * Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their development. * Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams including stakeholders, engineering, and other product roles. **Benefits** * Internationally competitive salaries. * Flexible employment options. * Health coverage depending on the contract type. * Remote, in-person, or hybrid work.
