This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, organizing meeting rooms, and other related tasks. Main tasks: Greeting and greeting internal and external clients. Meeting room coordination. Central call routing. Coordinating correspondence and/or packages. Gathering basic information regarding maintenance, event rooms, etc. Issuing access control cards. Other tasks may be added. Requirements: Relevant secondary or tertiary education. At least one year of experience in reception or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
