Job Description: ROLE PURPOSE You will be responsible for implementing, executing, and recommending improvements to campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including involvement in strategy development, campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting, optimization recommendations, and billing reconciliation—ensuring delivery of top-tier services to our clients and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. This position is part of Dentsu Argentina’s Offshore Team and supports teams located at Dentsu agencies in other countries. You will have a local support team that leads integration and coordination with other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy.* Provide recommendations to the team regarding campaign strategy, including: * Analysis of the client’s business, target audience, product, competitors, campaign brief, and budget. * Selection of appropriate platforms and campaign types based on objectives. * Selection of audience segments. * Selection of ad placements and formats. * Allocation of budgets across platforms, campaigns, and ad sets. * Performance-based insights derived from campaign results. * Execution of campaign experiments. Implementation.* Campaign setup and quality control using Q&A processes. * Creation of text ads and search extensions. * Ad trafficking, uploading, and modifications. * Implementation of custom and retargeting audiences. * Implementation of tracking pixels. * Daily campaign monitoring—including pacing, budget consumption, and forecasting. * Budget adjustments and reallocation based on campaign delivery performance. * Tracking of KPI results against defined objectives. * Providing recommendations to the team on campaign optimization strategies. * Executing agreed-upon campaign optimizations on relevant platforms. * Reconciliation of ordered vs. invoiced items and resolution of discrepancies for billing purposes. Reporting.* Delivery monitoring reports for campaigns. * KPI performance reports for campaigns. * Results analysis. Build strong working relationships with agency teams, media partners, and clients where involved in such interactions. Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in performing assigned tasks. When required by your team, you may coordinate or train junior team members, supporting their development and task execution. As a member of Dentsu Argentina’s Offshore Team, you must actively participate in weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina. You must also attend periodic peer-interaction activities organized by the Offshore Team at our Buenos Aires offices—except for those not based in the city. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 1–2 years of professional experience. A university degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, data analytics, or finance is preferred. Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Paid Social platform. Familiarity with additional Paid Social platforms is considered an asset. Experience with Looker Studio and Power BI is valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite—particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, precision in execution, and quality control via Q&A processes. Numerical aptitude and comfort working with data. Project management skills, including task organization and prioritization. Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve problems effectively.
