From leveraging insights and analysis to make data-driven decisions — to spearheading sustainable business practices that contribute to consistent and reliable business growth — we are unwaveringly passionate about making a meaningful impact, and always doing the right thing.**About the role** ------------------ * Actively participate in the **monthly financial closing process**, ensuring accurate preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations. * Ensure **efficiency and adherence to deadlines** for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely posting into corporate systems per group guidelines. * Perform **account reconciliations**, manual journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset reconciliations, ensuring data integrity. * Manage the full **fixed asset lifecycle**: additions, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and physical verifications in accordance with local regulations and IFRS. * Experience in the **preparation and review of financial statements** and reporting under local and international accounting standards is highly valued. * Support **internal and external audit processes**, providing documentation and explanations related to assigned accounts. * It is an advantage to participate in the **automation and continuous improvement** of accounting processes, utilising tools such as **Power BI** and Microsoft 365 workflows. * Ensure compliance with **current accounting standards and resolutions**, as well as corporate policies. **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- **The experience we're looking for** ------------------------------------ * **Education:** Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience in multinational companies. * **Technical knowledge:** * + Proficiency in **MS Office (Advanced Excel)** + Experience in **reconciliations** and **journal entries** + Preparation of **financial statements** (desirable) + **SAP** (desirable) + **Power BI** (desirable) * **Languages:** Intermediate/advanced English (reading and writing). * **Competencies:** * + Analytical mindset and attention to detail + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure during financial closings + Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement **The skills for success** -------------------------- **What we offer** ----------------- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
