




Job Summary: Maintenance, repair, diagnosis, and technical support of complex machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for supervision and mentoring. Core Responsibilities * Maintain equipment and machinery in proper condition at the customer site or at our own facilities. * Operate machinery and explain its hydraulic and electrical functionality to customer service technicians. * Be capable of explaining system functionality and interactions among hydraulic/mechanical/electrical/automation/pneumatic/material systems. * Develop work routine procedures in accordance with safety standards (SOPs). * Identify components and explain their basic functionality. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues. Provide cost-effective (profitable) preventive and corrective repairs. * Respond to high-complexity emergencies and unexpected equipment failures (PE). * Conduct maintenance and perform appropriate repair and replacement of major equipment components such as engines, gearboxes, converters, cylinders, shafts, etc. (PE), (MECHANICAL). * Evaluate, conduct maintenance, and perform appropriate repair and replacement of high-complexity electrical components such as electrical panels, electrical circuits, etc. (PE), (ELECTRICAL). * Comply with company policies regarding the use of assigned tools for performing duties (vehicle, notebook, mobile phone, etc). 2\. Planning and Reporting * Download information from the control system and update software under supervision. * Plan, manage, and maintain the tools and machinery required for service tasks, ensuring availability upon request. * Report and document results after maintenance and repairs. * Prepare and submit spare parts requests for scheduled work based on accumulated operating hours of equipment components. (PE \- Mechanical) * Generate technical reports on equipment status to schedule future repairs (PE). 3\. Customer Service * Provide assistance to customers regarding their product/equipment/processes under the service contract, and suggest possible improvements. * Use specialized knowledge to resolve common issues for our customers. . Collaboration with Other Teams and Divisions * Collaborate with the Sales team, supervisors, and peers \- Expand contact network and attend local training * May be nominated for factory training if identified as high potential (HiPo) * Provide recommendations based on challenges experienced in fieldwork * Participate in workshops organized by the local Equipment Division 5\. Supervision / Coaching * Assign simple tasks to junior staff and guide or advise them during execution. * Share/transfer knowledge with colleagues to build expertise and skills within the technical service area .
