A reputable company is hiring a Security Supervisor The position requires an operational, responsible profile with strong emphasis on prevention and compliance with regulations. **Work Location: Moreno, Buenos Aires Province.** Main Responsibilities * Supervise outsourced personnel * Conduct preventive patrols throughout the facilities. * Identify risk situations and act in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate emergency response actions (evacuations, incidents, alarms). * Maintain operational contact with external security providers, public forces, or emergency services. * Prepare basic incident and occurrence reports. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in supervising security personnel, surveillance, or control functions (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Observational ability, sound judgment, and decision-making capacity. * Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in shopping centers, large supermarkets, or environments with high public traffic. * Additional training in security, risk prevention, or first aid. * Residence in areas near Moreno.
