Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst for a team dedicated to manufacturing bathtubs, focused on analyzing, systematizing, and optimizing operational data. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? - Collection, entry, and systematization of workshop operational data. - Analysis and breakdown of hard data: times, costs, yields, and workshop KPIs. - Preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with key indicators. - Identification of deviations and trends based on analysis of collected information. - Development and maintenance of Excel dashboards and databases. - Development and optimization of macros and automations for data processing. - Support to the department in document management and sector record control. - Coordination with other departments for consolidation of cross-functional information. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (data analysis, process analysis, continuous improvement). - Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and macros/VBA (Mandatory) - Experience in operations, logistics, industrial, or transportation sectors (Desirable) - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI). Desirable - University student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems, or related technical fields. (Desirable) - Analytical and methodical profile with ability to handle large volumes of information.
