We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our administration team. We are looking for a candidate with experience in accounting and finance, an advanced student of Public Accounting or nearing graduation (approximately one year away), capable of operating autonomously and exercising sound judgment in daily operations. Main Responsibilities Accounting entries and account analysis. Invoicing, credit notes, and debit notes. Bank reconciliations. Monitoring and analysis of customer and supplier current accounts. Collection tracking and control. Supplier payment management and preparation of payment orders. Contact and coordination with suppliers. Direct interaction with banking institutions and monitoring of banking operations. Control of bank movements and balances. Participation in finance-related tasks. Preparation and monitoring of projected cash flow. Analysis and control of accounting and financial information for decision-making. Requirements: Advanced student of Public Accounting or nearing graduation. Proven experience in accounting roles handling similar tasks. Experience in bank reconciliations, current accounts, collections, and supplier payments. Proficiency in advanced Excel. Experience with Softland is desirable but not mandatory. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and autonomy. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and banks. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Saturdays, 9:00–13:00.
