Join us as *Regional Warehouse Manager* to lead the Warehousing function across our region, driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across more than 25 industrial assets. **Job Description** * Lead warehouse operations across countries in our region (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, and Honduras), ensuring standardized and adaptable service for each industrial asset. * Ensure material planning and coordinate replenishment with the Procurement team, serving as a key integration point. * Manage teams, promoting professional development and goal achievement. * Monitor operational KPIs, implement management controls, and prepare reports for internal departments and senior management. * Drive continuous improvement projects by evaluating processes and proposing innovative solutions. * Integrate the Warehousing function with key departments such as Maintenance, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Production, and Industrial Administration. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or warehouse management. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, databases, SAP, and basic knowledge of low-code programming. * Strong skills: leadership, logical thinking, customer service orientation, organization, and adherence to procedures. **Additional Information** * Full-time availability and willingness to travel occasionally to facilities in Argentina and abroad. * Profile oriented toward continuous improvement, strategic management, and collaborative work. * Growth opportunity within a high-impact regional operation
