We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Supplier Payments) for the controller team based at TFA. The person in this role will be responsible for the following: **Main Responsibilities:** * Determine and enter accounting data for posting new invoices. * Resolve billing errors with suppliers. * Establish and maintain strong, fluid communication between internal plant users and suppliers. * Monitor and manage the resolution of issues or incidents that may arise between suppliers and plants. * Record and document payment orders for the Industrial Unit under their responsibility. * Manage and resolve issues related to material receipt and purchase orders. **Required Profile:** * Academic Background (mandatory): University degree oriented toward accounting profiles or industrial engineering. Advanced students in these fields will also be considered. * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (mandatory). * Availability for frequent travel (mandatory). * Previous experience of at least 1 year in roles related to administration or supplier payments will be valued (desirable). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal clients (plant users) and suppliers (mandatory). **Location:** * Primary location: Terminal of Fertilizantes Argentinos, Santa Fe.
