Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementer to assess client needs, document requirements, train users, and provide functional support during software implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Requires communication skills and customer orientation We are looking for a Software Implementer to join our team and support the implementation process at client sites. Key Responsibilities: Assessing client needs for software implementation. Developing documentation, manuals, and customized workflows for each client. Training end users. Providing functional support to clients regarding usage and features of software developed by our team (primarily BionovaQ). Installing and configuring software at client sites. Configuring associated hardware devices. Tracking progress and coordinating with clients. Willingness to travel to client sites. Education: Advanced student or graduate in Information Systems Engineering, Systems Science, University Systems Analyst, or related fields (not mandatory). Additional Requirements: Conversational English. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
