We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Argentinos Fertilizers Terminal. **Main responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment condition to ensure proper operation. * Coordinate work teams to guarantee team performance. * Supervise the production process and be able to correct deviations from standards, ensuring proper process execution and promoting optimization. * Supervise the receipt and storage of materials (raw materials and fertilizers) and product shipments. * Coordinate staff absences to ensure positions are covered. * HR management: keep personnel records updated with current information. Supervise daily team progress and conduct follow-up. * Implement improvements in equipment and processes to enhance safety, quality, and/or operational performance. * Optimize operational performance, reduce costs and time. Provide innovative solutions. * Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all processes and tasks, and drive organizational changes. * Complete the production form and perform the shift production report in SAP. * Actively participate in maintaining and improving quality management systems and directly collaborate with the She department. * Actively participate in training programs established in the Annual Plan and Corporate Quality. Train assigned personnel. * Define and implement short-, medium-, and long-term action plans for the area. **Technical profile required:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (desirable), Electromechanical Technician or equivalent (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in industries within the sector. Positions focused on fieldwork and team management. (mandatory) * Computer skills: Office suite and basic/intermediate SAP knowledge. (mandatory) * Technical knowledge of continuous production processes (preferably in agro-industrial, fertilizer, chemical, or oil plants). * Ability to read and understand blueprints and single-line circuit diagrams. **Work location:** Argentinos Fertilizers Terminal, Santa Fe, Argentina.
