




Our client is **Terminal 6**, the largest agro-industrial and port complex in the country, located in Puerto General San Martín. To support its continuous growth, it requires: **MAINTENANCE RELIABILITY ENGINEER** We are seeking a professional with an Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering, with experience in similar roles within continuous process industries and/or with large-scale equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Reliability Coordinator, your main mission will be to execute the maintenance reliability program by applying strategies aimed at reducing failures in equipment, systems, and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and uptime availability across all processes and assets within the complex. Key responsibilities include: · Promote, coordinate, centralize, and facilitate decision analysis tools such as RCM/PMO / HAZOP and RCA/AMFA for failure analysis · Investigate incidents, accidents, and adverse events. · Design maintenance plans for each piece of equipment and formalize them within the management system. · Monitor defined strategies and implement necessary corrective actions within a continuous improvement framework. · Efficiently manage condition-based analysis reports and results (vibration / thermography / used oil analysis / etc.) · Propose redesigns of specific systems aimed at improving reliability. · Continuously interact with planners and provide them with technical tools, databases, and ensure data quality and integrity to support effective planning functions. · Prepare management reports.
