Job Summary: We are seeking technical personnel for the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, focused on keeping rooms and common areas in optimal condition through diverse tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Repair and maintenance tasks in hotel facilities 2. Diagnosis and repair of faults (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) 3. Planning and execution of renovation projects We are looking for individuals with technical skills who wish to join our company to perform repair and maintenance tasks. These tasks will be carried out across various areas of our hotel facilities (rooms, meeting halls, public areas), including: - Minor masonry work, painting, and other related trades (addressing repairs and refurbishment of ceilings, walls, baseboards, furniture, doors, etc.) - Maintenance and preventive inspection tasks in hotel facilities - Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems - Resolution of technical issues related to building infrastructure The primary objective is to maintain rooms and common areas in optimal condition. To achieve this, renovation and refurbishment projects will be planned and executed jointly with other teams. Requirements: - Prior experience in building maintenance - Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning - Skills in minor masonry work and painting - Availability to work rotating shifts and perform standby duties - Basic knowledge of security systems and risk prevention - Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding tasks The salary range will be determined by experience, accredited education, and performance level in various technical assessments. Experience in private residences, workshops, and especially in the hotel sector will be valued, as well as technical school studies and tertiary-level programs related to construction, repair, and manual tasks.
