Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage services, collaborate with administrative departments, and support supplier research and selection in the industrial sector. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Administrative management of services (contacting suppliers, generating requisitions, receiving invoices, payment follow-up). Tracking mail, courier, and daily minor purchases tasks. Collaborating with administrative departments of other areas (Sales, Purchasing, International Trade). Supporting the purchasing team in supplier research and selection. Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of products and services acquired through minor purchases under your responsibility. Conducting price, quality, and delivery time analysis and comparison for requested products and services (minor purchases). WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Advanced student in Economics, Administration, or Industrial Engineering; or graduation expected within one year. Previous experience in similar roles. Proficiency in PC, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, etc. Must have personal transportation and reside in Alvear or nearby areas: Pueblo Esther, Villa Gobernador Gálvez.
