Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to manage online sales platforms, orders, and customer service in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Villa Gobernador Gálvez, Santa Fe Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Employment Model: IN-PERSON. Hiring Modality: MONOTRIBUTO. Main responsibilities include: - Product, price, image, and promotion uploading, updating, and maintenance on platforms such as Mercado Libre and TiendaNube. - Management of integrators (stock synchronization, listings, and data consistency control). - Order verification, sales invoice control, and coordination with logistics for order assembly, invoicing, and dispatch. - Shipment tracking and resolution of operational incidents. - Handling of complaints, cancellations, and returns (RMA). - Customer service via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms. - Monitoring proper backend and website functionality. - Generation of operational reports: sales, complaints, response times, and stock turnover. - Identification of stockouts and low-turnover products, generating alerts to support decision-making. Requirements: - Prior experience in e-commerce operations roles (mandatory). - Proficiency in online sales platforms such as Mercado Libre, TiendaNube, or similar. - Knowledge of order management, logistics, and customer service. - Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. - Strong command of digital tools and management systems.
