Collaboration with technicians and pursuit of service improvements. For a prominent and well-established industrial company in Rosario, we are seeking an After-Sales Technical Administrator. Your main functions and responsibilities will include: *Ensuring effective handling of all complaints. *Performing daily follow-up on all complaints. *Providing technical information to customers. *Reducing service turnaround times. *Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. *Maintaining close relationships with technicians and customers. *Managing complaints within the warranty period. *Effectively resolving customer inquiries and issues. *Informing customers about new equipment features and functionalities. *Analyzing field failures through performance indicators. *Preparing field complaint reports for Production. *Monitoring technician performance and evaluating service quality. *Assigning technicians according to regional requirements. *Proposing improvements to maintain strong relationships with technicians. *Managing billing for official services. *Conducting customer satisfaction surveys. We seek a candidate with excellent communication and diction skills, problem-solving ability, customer- and service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and empathy, negotiation skills, and multitasking capability. Proven experience in customer service within service departments is required. Technical education or knowledge of the industrial sector will be valued.
