




An international logistics and transportation company for foreign trade has an open position for its Customer Service and Operations team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or International Commerce (graduates) * At least 3 years of experience in the sector (exporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders) * Preferably with experience in maritime shipments and handling perishable food products. * Attitude, proactivity, and teamwork are key for this position. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal counterparts, as well as for clients and suppliers. * Advanced command of English, both oral and written. * Proficiency in computer tools. Responsibilities: * Manage and ensure end-to-end service. * Supervise all shipments under your responsibility and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. * Understand clients’ logistics, execute operations, and promptly and effectively provide solutions to challenges and issues. * Coordinate domestic and international land operations. * Manage documentation for clients, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
