Throughout the day, you will coordinate technical teams, make agile decisions, and ensure the plant operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. **How you will stand out** * You will coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on instruments and control systems. * You will lead the I\&C team, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * You will keep calibration, configuration, and maintenance records of critical equipment up to date. * You will propose improvements in automation, control logic, and operational efficiency, actively participating in technical projects. * You will collaborate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams to resolve failures and coordinate multidisciplinary work. * You will ensure compliance with technical and regulatory procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **What you bring** * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation systems, process control, and DCS/PLC/SCADA maintenance. * Proven experience in leading technical teams and maintenance management. * Solid knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Analytical skills to plan, coordinate, and implement technical improvements. * Validated knowledge of SE SGT5\-4000F, SST5\-5000, and T3000 system technologies. **About the team** You will become part of the **Gas Services** division, which drives low-emission power generation through modernization and digitalization services.
