**Mission:** You will be the link between the development team and users, with the objective of analyzing and understanding their requirements related to computerized or administrative systems. You will implement solutions prioritizing the optimization of company processes. **Responsibilities:** Gather internal users' requirements regarding the company's computerized or administrative systems and collect information to understand their needs. Analyze the collected information and propose development solutions or workflows to optimize processes, either by improving or modifying existing tools or through new developments, while also assessing the impact on existing systems. Validate requirements and proposals with department managers or supervisors. Forward analyzed requirements and proposals for implementation, either internally or externally. In the case of external developments, communicate with vendors and request corresponding quotes. Monitor requested developments and inform users about progress. Test developments together with users, request necessary adjustments, and move to production. Request user feedback on implemented developments. Channel complaints and inquiries to sector vendors. Requirements Graduated from tertiary or university studies in fields oriented toward Systems. Oracle tools – Oracle Database – Office tools – Management tools / Management systems. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in healthcare or service companies.
