As a monitoring operator for alarm/video control centers, you will be responsible for the supervision and protection of all persons and sites connected to the monitoring center, ensuring security and fulfilling our customers' expectations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. * Remain vigilant, respond to alarms, and handle adverse situations by applying established procedures. * Comply fully with all instructions specified in the service-specific directive, documenting tasks in the Incident Logbook and/or on available digital platforms. * At all times, adhere to company policies outlined in the "Code of Values and Ethics" and all other Securion policies, acting as a faithful observer of all principles and their effective implementation. * Be entrusted with electronic, communication, and digital tools provided for the service; responsible both for their correct operational use and for their care and maintenance. * Keep your supervisor informed of all incidents arising during service delivery to enable appropriate follow-up. * Maintain confidentiality of all information accessed in the performance of your duties. (Mandatory) Availability to work rotating shifts of 8, 9, and 12 hours. (Mandatory) Completed secondary education with official transcript. (Mandatory) Proficiency in PC usage (Excel, Word, email) and office tools (INTERMEDIATE\-ADVANCED level). Motorcycle/car registration and personal mobility. (Desirable) Experience in related roles (CCTV) and familiarity with CRM or internal systems. Professional appearance, self-control, service orientation, commitment and responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to walk throughout the service area during working hours.
