We’re looking for an Automations Specialist who can build, deploy, and maintain reliable automation systems inside a fast\-growing AI SaaS environment. This role sits at the core of how the product operates and scales. You will be hands\-on with workflows, integrations, tickets, and ongoing system improvements, while also having space to experiment and build new automation use cases as they emerge. You will work directly with internal teams and client\-facing systems to ensure workflows run cleanly, data moves correctly, and automation logic holds up under real\-world usage.
