Meet up with colleagues and friends over cocktails at Pony Line and dry\-aged steaks at Elena, or enjoy a local tradition – Sunday barbecue – in our secret garden. **About the role** Handles all guest communication by email, phone calls and FS Chat, pre\-arrival and during the guest's stay. * Ensure the guest itineraries are done in accordance with the guest connection prior arrival. * Reconfirmation of emails for all activities and transfer booked as per departmental standard prior to arrival. * Know about services available in the hotel and the hours of operation (Restaurants, Spa, Concierge , Valet) * Maintains comprehensive Concierge database of information both computerized and hard copy for guests’ reference (containing insightful information about the city major attractions, top restaurants, night clubs, bars, art galleries, places of interests, shopping malls, airline offices \& reservation numbers, etc.) and regularly updates them. * Handle FS Chat system, restaurant booking, couriers, deliverie packages, concierge requests and maintenance requests daily as per the departmental standard. * Understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a receptionist, a reservationist, and Bell attendant * Be attentive to guests needs and to find pride and purpose in providing exceptional service and product, to anticipate guests personal preferences and the ability to exceed expectations. * Coordination of transportation in collaboration with Bell Desk according to the Four Seasons Santards **What you will do** * Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner. * Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, directions, and local recommendations. * Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience at all times. * Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to fulfill guest needs. * Maintain accurate records of guest requests and services provided. * Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently. * Ensure the lobby and concierge desk are well\-presented and organized. * Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized services. **What you bring** * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism studies are a plus. * Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong problem\-solving skills. **What we offer:** + Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package + Excellent Training and Development opportunities + Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide + Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms + Complimentary Employee Meals
