Collaborate with Product Leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams. **Line of Service** Advisory **Industry/Sector** Not Applicable **Specialism** Advisory \- Other **Management Level** Manager **Job Description \& Summary** **Role Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Lead and manage Workday and HC Talent technology projects across the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, guiding the team and ensuring day-to-day operations and coordination among all involved parties. * Manage project schedule, budget, resources, scope, risks, issues, and communications—including progress and status reporting. * Participate in client and project financial management. * Conduct discovery activities to identify new opportunities, requirements, and improvements. * Collaborate with Product Leads, business teams, key stakeholders, and technical teams throughout all project phases. * Develop strategies to resolve complex technical challenges within the Workday ecosystem. * Recruit, train, and supervise personnel and resources assigned to the project. * Stay current on relevant economic, technological, and business trends affecting the area. * Contribute to internal relationship development and strengthen the PwC brand. **Role Requirements** ---------------------- * Demonstrable experience in technology project management, including proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and processes. * Prior experience leading delivery of complex projects in global or multicultural environments. * Experience implementing or delivering Workday solutions is highly valued—especially in modules such as HCM, Talent, Recruiting, or Integrations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating workshops and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. * Superior decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to perform under pressure. * High levels of discipline, personal organization, and attention to detail. * Experience leading teams or managing multidisciplinary resources. * Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams across different time zones. * Experience working with individuals from diverse countries—particularly non-native English speakers. * Understanding of the importance of proper information management. * Knowledge of information security and data protection. * Proper management of information security.
