Job Description: Attention! We are hiring for an IT solutions company: **AI Solutions Developer (R\&D).** We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in software development and experience implementing Generative AI in enterprise environments. **Requirements:** * Python and/or Node.js (at least one at production level). * Experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Azure/Claude/Gemini or equivalents) and structured prompt design. * Hands-on experience with RAG (vectorization, context windows, evaluations) and any vector database (Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS/Chroma). * Development of REST APIs (FastAPI/Express) and proficiency with Git. * Globant Enterprise AI: direct experience or clear understanding of how to model solutions on the platform. * Strongly valued: experience with n8n (modeling complex workflows, creating custom nodes, scaling with Docker). **Main challenges:** * Design and implement generative AI solutions applied to business processes (copilots, corporate chats, technical assistants). * Build agents and automation flows within Globant Enterprise AI. * Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) with secure access to SQL Server/Oracle, corporate files, and web services. * Develop backend services (Python or Node.js) for inference, tools, and guardrails. * Implement AI observability (quality metrics, response evaluation, costs, latency). * Collaborate on scalable and secure deployments (Docker, data policies, secret management). **What the company offers:** * Flexible work mode: Hybrid in Rosario or 100% remote from other locations in Argentina. * Full\-time position. * Certification and training coverage. * Excellent working environment.
