We are looking for professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** Coordinate and supervise the execution of tasks within your specialty, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and expected work quality. **Your main challenges will be:** * 7x24 availability throughout the 365 days of the year. * Tracking corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in the ticketing system. * Supervision and validation of contractor certifications in billing, adjustments, corrective, preventive and 1 1 * Analysis and control of area indicators (TMR, OnTime, recurrence, etc.). * Management of contractor warehouse inventory, including: Control of downloads. * Project forecasting and authorization of exceptional orders. * Field audits of work crews. * Attention and supervision of remote areas, with availability to travel. * Follow-up of the quarterly preventive巡检 project. * Control and updating of network change documentation. * Development of proposals, planning and follow-up of network improvement projects (modernization, 1x16, adaptation, etc.). * Support to departments and special projects regarding requests for special measurements, port migrations, camera and network securing. **What we need from you:** * Minimum tenure of one and a half years at the company and in your current position. * Completed secondary education (**mandatory**). * Preferably technical degree in **Electronics, Systems Analyst, Electromechanics, Telecommunications** or related fields. * Knowledge in **FTTH networks** * Experience managing projects and contractors in telecommunications. * Relationship management with corporate clients. * Knowledge of access construction processes. * Leadership and problem-solving skills. * Organization and time management. * Ability to work in teams and under pressure. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * Service vocation. **This position is based in** ***Santa Fe***
