Category: Project/Program Management Position Type: Location: Buenos Aires, B, AR, 1156 Facility: Req ID: 4103 You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the project in its entirety, coordinating all aspects of the security infrastructure project. You will supervise and lead the activities of two Project Managers (PM) and ensure that the overall project objectives are met. You will guarantee compliance with the project baselines (scope, time, cost, and quality) previously agreed upon with suppliers and the Government of Santa Fe. You will report project progress to stakeholders, provide periodic status reports, manage risks, and resolve conflicts. You will oversee the project commissioning and all activities delegated by STG to ensure system-wide interdependence and functionality. General Requirements for the Project Management Office Proven Experience Must demonstrate prior experience managing similar projects, especially in telecommunications infrastructure, electronic security, and video surveillance network projects. **Project Managers (PMO, PM FO, and PM Cameras) must hold recognized certifications such as PMP® (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2®,** as well as demonstrated practical experience in managing large-scale projects. Coordination and supplier management skills Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, ensuring each party's deliverables meet established requirements and that project interdependencies are efficiently managed. Experience managing third-party contracts and knowledge of agreement negotiation to ensure project baseline compliance. Risk and change management Experience in identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and managing risks associated with complex project execution. Ability to manage changes in project scope, ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders. Communication and reporting competencies Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, prepare and present project status reports, and coordinate follow-up meetings with suppliers and internal teams. Project management methodologies and tools Use of agile or traditional project management methodologies as required by the project phase or needs. Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Redmine, or similar to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
