Responsibilities: Collect, record, and monitor personnel updates (attendance, absences, leaves, vacations, overtime, suspensions, etc.). Verify correct entry of updates into the HR management system or relevant spreadsheets. Track timecards, daily reports, and attendance reports. Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to validate updates. Prepare and submit update reports for payroll processing. Identify inconsistencies and perform adjustments or corrections as required. Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation (medical certificates, authorizations, forms). Provide timely responses to personnel inquiries regarding updates and attendance. Comply with internal policies, procedures, and current labor regulations. Requirements: Tertiary or university degree in HR, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (personnel administration / updates). Knowledge of personnel updates and attendance management. Proficiency in HR or payroll systems. Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory).
