You have the opportunity to join our **Salto Site** as a **Process Engineer.** **Your Challenge:** --------------- * Design and execute the **continuous improvement strategy**, aligned with business objectives. * Lead productivity initiatives using **Lean Six Sigma** methodologies. * Identify **process optimization opportunities** and manage process improvement projects. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to solve complex problems and promote innovative solutions. * Analyze **data, KPIs, and metrics** to drive evidence-based decisions. * Implement **change management plans** to ensure adoption of improvements. * **Communicate** progress, achievements, and next steps across all organizational levels. * **Develop training programs** to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities. **What You’ll Bring:** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field. * Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives. * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) preferred. * Strong project management and communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
