At C\&S, we are looking for candidates for the position of Developer Analyst DATA - Semi Senior to join our project. **Work mode** * Mode: remote, may occasionally require punctual attendance at offices in CABA. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT\-3 / Argentina time). **Task description** * Work as a Developer Analyst within the DATA domain, handling medium to high complexity ETL processes. * Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation processes using ETL tools (DataStage, PowerCenter, ODI, IS, PL/SQL, or similar). * Write and optimize complex SQL queries, ensuring quality, performance, and proper handling of large data volumes. * Participate in requirement analysis with business and technology teams, providing an analytical perspective and data-driven focus. * Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of datasets and data models supporting dashboards and analytics solutions. * Document developments, processes, and best practices for data integration. **What we are looking for** * At least 3 years of experience in roles related to DATA / ETL / Data Integration. * Profile with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills, autonomy in daily work, and ability to prioritize tasks. * A consulting-oriented profile with initiative to propose improvements and add business value will be valued. * Basic/intermediate English level for reading documentation and occasional punctual interactions. **Essential skills** * Development and maintenance of ETL processes (DataStage, PowerCenter, ODI, IS, or other similar tools, or PL/SQL in integration processes). * Advanced SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, basic optimization). * Advanced Python applied to data handling and transformation. * Intermediate English **Desirable skills** * Experience with BigQuery. * Additional experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data pipelines. * Knowledge and/or experience with visualization tools such as Looker and/or Tableau. * Prior experience in high-demand environments and digital products (ideally e\-commerce or similar).
