To request an accommodation, please contact a member of Ceva’s Talent Acquisition team. **Your responsibilities:** Plan and execute pilot batch manufacturing to meet regulatory requirements * Develop all stages of industrial scale-up for development projects to achieve robust manufacturing processes, including, if necessary, pharmaceutical laboratory testing; · Prepare documents such as reports, protocols, batch records, specifications and in-process controls in accordance with technical criteria established by regulators and scientific technical literature; · Effectively participate in manufacturing site transfer projects by conducting risk analyses and submitting pilot-batch documentation to obtain marketing authorisation; Ensure product conformity (formula, process, packaging and costs) with market requirements* Establish and ensure correct interface integration between R\&D and Industrial teams to optimise commercial batch timelines and quality; * Collaborate in change management processes: technical validations, feasibility studies, monitoring implementation of modifications in accordance with current procedures; * Contribute to validation of alternative sources of raw materials, filters and packaging in collaboration with the Procurement and Supplier department (technical validation, feasibility testing); * Provide technical support to production during first industrial batch manufacturing and investigations into quality deviations related to production processes; * Effectively participate in project meetings and manage and prospect equipment (Capex) related to new projects. * Conduct troubleshooting projects to identify solutions to quality issues and improve production processes; * Be available for travel and monitoring of industrial batches at third-party sites; **Your profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical/Production Engineering (minimum 2 years’ experience) with R\&D activities related to Industrial Development and/or Production, as well as desirable knowledge in Projects and Engineering; * English and Portuguese language skills desirable. * Solid understanding of Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology fundamentals; * Experience in production and knowledge of manufacturing processes for various pharmaceutical dosage forms (injectables, solids, liquids and semi-solids); * Knowledge of formulation, functionality of raw materials, sterile filtration and packaging materials; * Familiarity with analytical techniques related to industrial process studies and pharmaceutical development; * Knowledge of laboratory and industrial-scale equipment; * Understanding of GMP, GLP and their limitations; * Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
