We're looking for a skilled **WordPress Developer** to join our team and bring our creative visions to life through clean, scalable code. **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress websites from design files * Build custom themes and plugins to support marketing campaigns and client requirements. * Implement SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. * Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing strategists to bring concepts to life. * Troubleshoot issues, perform QA testing, and ensure cross\-browser compatibility. * Integrate third\-party APIs, CRMs, and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) * Maintain version control and deployment workflows (e.g., Git, staging environments) * Stay current with WordPress trends, security practices, and web technologies. **Requirements** * 3\+ years of WordPress development experience, including custom theme/plugin development * Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery * Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and custom Gutenberg blocks * Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom post types * Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile\-first development * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, agency environment with multiple deadlines * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Experience with SEO, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), and technical site audits is a plus. * Familiarity with hosting platforms (e.g., Kinsta, WP Engine) and DNS management **Nice to Have** * Experience working with headless CMS or integrating REST APIs * Knowledge of Shopify or other CMS platforms * Familiarity with Git\-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines * Basic understanding of UX/UI design
