Job Description: We are looking for a Backend-first Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in backend applications, who has worked on at least one project using Python or Node.js, and who wants to get involved in developing generative AI products (LLMs, agents, RAG). The role will start by building the product's backend architecture, then expand into full-stack workflows and intelligent agent development. You will work with Data/AI, DevOps, and Front End teams to build scalable APIs, LLM-based agents, and high-performance backend platforms, with limited frontend support using React/TypeScript. **Main Responsibilities** * Build backend microservices and agent orchestration systems, collaborating with AI and Data teams on Python (FastAPI) or Node.js frameworks. * Implement LLM + RAG pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen, integrating vectorDBs (Pinecone, pgvector, RagFlow, etc). * Develop high-performance REST and WebSocket APIs with support for token streaming from models. * Instrument observability, traceability, and usage tracking using tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, or Sentry. * DevOps: Automate deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). * Participate in demos and technical estimations with stakeholders, and drive proof-of-concepts on new generative technologies. **Requirements (Must-Have)** * +5 years of backend development experience (Java, Python, or Node.js). * Minimum practical experience with Python or Node.js in at least one project involving generative AI (LLMs, agents, RAG). * Experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPY for agents or pipelines. * Strong command of backend techniques: REST/WS APIs, streaming, microservices, databases, scalability. * Familiarity with frontend (React + TypeScript) sufficient to collaborate with UX/rendering teams. * Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, IaC, and DevSecOps best practices. **Why You'll Be Interested** * You’ll lead the backend of concrete solutions with real impact, not just prototypes. * Combine your backend expertise with AI-driven workflow generation. * Work alongside AI/data experts, contributing from the backend. * Opportunity to learn and propose innovations in Generative AI. * High technical impact and task diversity: infrastructure, backend, AI, integration.
