Job Description: At **C\&S**, we are looking for a Specialist in **Owned Media \& Marketing Automation** with solid experience in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and a focus on digital campaign optimization, journey automation, and audience segmentation. * **Schedule**: 9 to 18. * **Work Model**: Hybrid (1 or 2 weekly office visits to offices in Palermo or Puerto Madero). **Employed directly by C\&S.** **???? Responsibilities** * Design, configure, and execute automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio). * Create and manage Data Extensions and audiences using SQL queries. * Develop personalized emails and notifications using AMPScript, HTML, and CSS. * Implement and optimize automated communication workflows and lead nurturing sequences. * Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements. * Integrate SFMC with external platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for cross-channel campaigns. * Use Intelligent Reports and Einstein Analytics tools for reporting and optimization. **???? Requirements** * Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and/or Owned Media. * Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Content Builder, MobilePush, Advertising Audiences, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Intelligent Reports, and Query Studio. * Strong proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Teradata. * Experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and digital CRM. * Knowledge of AMPScript, HTML, and CSS for message personalization. * Experience in campaign performance reporting and analysis. * Experience in financial or banking environments is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **????
