Then help us create a lasting, positive impact! **We are looking for a Team Leader Ofertas Customer Services** **You will make an impact by** * Managing and supervising the Customer Service Offers team in developing service proposals for the SI EA CS portfolio (MV / LV / Protection & Automation) * Coordinating scheduling, planning, and progress of the offers team in proposal development * Preparing weekly status and scheduling reports for ongoing opportunities and their corresponding deadlines * Conducting technical-economic review and supervision of service, spare parts, and maintenance offers for equipment used in the SI EA CS portfolio (MV / LV / Protection & Automation) * Monitoring and maintaining continuous contact with involved customers and/or sales representatives to understand expectations, proposal status, etc. * Planning and managing various material, service, and order requests from Siemens factories and external suppliers * Performing risk analysis for opportunities and tracking site-specific requirements where services will be executed (EHS, legal, etc.) * Reviewing and approving tender documents and technical specifications for suppliers participating in ongoing procurement processes * Analyzing, selecting, and technically qualifying suppliers (domestic, international, etc.) for various services, equipment, or materials required by the Offers team * Acting in accordance with the company’s ethical and professional standards **You excel at** * Holding a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering * Having over 5 years of experience in the electrical sector, specializing in services, maintenance, and/or medium- and low-voltage electrical installations * Having over 5 years of experience in technical-commercial proposal development, preferably in services, maintenance, and/or medium- and low-voltage electrical installations * Experience engaging with and developing relationships with maintenance service companies or electrical construction firms * Experience interacting with and managing relationships with customers and suppliers * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint * Full-time availability * Willingness to travel occasionally **You will benefit from** * A diverse and inclusive culture * A wide range of development and learning opportunities, including over 1,000 online courses * Comprehensive health insurance covering your family * Hybrid working model * Work & Life Balance * And other attractive benefits **\#TransformTheEverydayWithUs** *We value your unique identity and perspective, recognizing that our strength stems from the diverse experiences and viewpoints of the people on our team.
