




Bahía Blanca Production Management 07\.08\.2025 One vacancy The position's mission is to develop food products that meet the needs and preferences of members and consumption trends, contributing to the growth of the organization's production centers, in coordination with the execution of each operational process. **Responsibilities:** * Lead recipe formulation and participate in the design of operational processes together with involved areas. * Define formulation and technical specifications of raw materials and inputs required. * Manage the documentation management system related to formulation. Create nutritional tables for finished products. * Manage, report, and conclude microbiological and sensory analyses performed on finished products and raw materials. * Participate in managing tests with consumer panels. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Graduate with a degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate training in relevant areas will be valued. * Solid experience in industrialized food manufacturing and packaging processes. * Availability to perform occasional travel. Will be valued: * Knowledge of microbiology. Technical knowledge of raw material composition. * Extensive knowledge of functional ingredients, additives, preservatives, and their applications. * Understanding of industrial scale-up principles for formulations and processes. * Proficiency in sensory analysis tools. * Knowledge of Argentine food regulations (SENASA, ANMAT, CAA) and quality management systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP). * Strategic thinking and active listening to understand and integrate needs with the operational reality of each plant. **What Do We Offer?** * We offer excellent employment conditions under permanent full-time employment. * Work on challenging projects that will allow you to grow and learn.
