We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with teamwork skills and technical knowledge in user administration and cybersecurity tools. ### **Responsibilities** * Create, deactivate, and modify users across various environments. * Verify security protocols and compliance with internal policies. * Manage users in **Active Directory**, **SAP**, and corporate applications. * Configure and assign licenses in **O365** and **Azure**. * Manage remote access through **RDP**. * Administer privileges and create service accounts. * Log and track requests using ticketing management tools. ### **Requirements** * Previous experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of **Active Directory**, **Azure**, **O365**, **RDP**, and **SAP**. * Experience with ticketing tools. * Ability to work in a team and follow established processes. * Security-focused mindset and adherence to access best practices.
