Position Summary: A leading company in Munro is seeking a Maintenance Subscription Sales Representative to conduct prospecting, generate and close proposals, and manage the contract pipeline end-to-end. End-to-end development and management of the contract pipeline A prominent company located in the Munro area is hiring a Maintenance Subscription Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities: - Active prospecting and qualification of customers, with focus on recurring contracts (industry, healthcare, energy, laboratories, data centers, etc.). - Generation and closing of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance subscription proposals. - End-to-end development and management of the contract pipeline, with emphasis on renewals and upselling. - Preparation of technical-commercial proposals and pricing models for subscriptions. - Customer follow-up, renewal management, and churn prevention. - CRM management and updates. - Contract forecasting and account planning. - Achievement of contract acquisition targets, renewal rates, revenue recurrence, and other relevant position objectives. We prefer candidates with a technical background.
