Currently, we are seeking a **Senior Procurement Analyst** to join the Finance department. ✅ **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure timely and accurate supply of goods and services required by the Organization (end-to-end) * Receive purchase requests from different departments. * Identify alternative suppliers for management approval. * Generate Purchase Orders and interact with suppliers. * Ensure proper supplier onboarding. Coordinate with Accounting and Legal departments as applicable. * Guarantee full compliance with procurement procedures. * Manage various Entity offices: searches, renovations, permits, and maintenance. * Comply with Company's Compliance policies. * Adhere to Internal Controls established by the Head Office. * Monitor and control acquired goods or services. * Budgetary control.
