On this occasion, we are looking to add a Process Engineer to our Business Process Engineering (BPE) team, with the challenge of collaborating on high-impact, high-visibility business reengineering projects within the bank. Responsibilities * Conduct in-depth mapping and analysis of business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. * Design processes according to best practices, ensuring clarity, robustness, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Document and model end-to-end processes, contributing to operational standardization and continuous improvement. * Participate in identifying critical points, bottlenecks, and operational risks, driving sustainable improvements. * Collaborate on business reengineering and organizational transformation projects, integrating key information from analysis through to the design of new processes. * Manage projects or contribute to their management, providing holistic vision and planning capabilities. * Use process modeling tools (such as ARIS, desirable but not mandatory) and adopt the most suitable methodologies for each challenge. * Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team and the organization. Requirements * 3\-4 years of experience in roles related to business process mapping, analysis, and design. * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. * Strong analytical and clear documentation skills for processes; experience with ARIS is required. * Desirable experience or knowledge in project management and business reengineering. * Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking, leadership, and results orientation. * Proactive attitude, initiative for improvement, and ability to work transversally with diverse teams.
