




Job Summary: We are seeking a Schedule Coordinator to implement the Last Planner System, coordinate analysts, and ensure schedule flow on a major construction project. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently searching for a ***Schedule Coordinator.*** **Role Mission:** Ensure schedule stability and workflow at the worksite. Responsible for implementing the *Last Planner System* (LPS) daily, coordinating analysts to eliminate constraints, and ensuring weekly production commitments are met. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS): Lead weekly planning sessions (*Weekly Planning*) and *Dailies* with frontline supervisors. ● Constraint Management: Identify and remove obstacles (e.g., material shortages, missing drawings, permit delays) before they impact production. ● Analyst Supervision: Lead the LPS analyst team, ensuring accurate and timely field data collection. ● Reliability Analysis: Measure PPC (Percent Plan Complete) and analyze Causes of Non-Completion (CNC) to propose corrective actions. ● Look\-ahead Updates: Maintain the 6-week lookahead window aligned with the Schedule Manager’s Master Schedule. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** ○ Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering. ○ Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in technical offices or construction planning. ○ Current monotributo registration. **Desirable:** ○ Lean Construction Certification: Knowledge of waste-reduction philosophies. ○ Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau: To build control dashboards visually displaying PPC (Percent Plan Complete) and CNC for management review. **Technical Competencies:** ● **Proficiency in Lean Methodologies:** Expert in the *Last Planner System* (LPS). Must fully understand the workflow: *Should* (Master Plan) → *Can* (Look\-ahead) → *Will* (Weekly Plan) → *Did* (PPC). ● **Constraint Management:** Ability to identify logistical, technical, or administrative bottlenecks before they impede production. ● **Software Proficiency:** Fluency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, and visual control platforms (e.g., Power BI or Lean boards). ● **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret PPC (Percent Plan Complete) and CNC (Causes of Non-Completion) to detect inefficiency patterns. **2\.
