Your mission will be to empower the team and ensure quality and objective achievement in every project. Key Responsibilities: Design and modeling of properly normalized relational databases. Management of large databases distributed across multiple servers. Database integration applying best practices in architecture, security, and performance. Advanced index optimization. Development of highly performant queries, stored procedures, and CRUD processes. Management of concurrency, transactions, and partitioning in production environments. Participation in annual planning and roadmap definition. Collaborative work with various departments and clients. Team sizing and IT team leadership. Requirements: +5 years of verifiable experience leading IT projects/teams. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server. Experience in operation and maintenance of production databases. Strong English (desirable but not mandatory). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. What We Offer: Full-time position Remote 👉 with occasional office attendance possible.
