Your main responsibilities will be: Coordinate and plan company projects according to overall objectives while considering all relevant aspects. Interact and coordinate with involved departments. Ensure proper execution and success of projects. Anticipate and monitor technical and operational risks. Ensure management of resources and budgets assigned to all projects. Analyze project performance by defining KPIs and preparing reports. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the field, hold an Engineering degree, possess fluent English, and have experience as an Engineering Leader in large industrial plants related to pharmaceuticals or top-tier multinational companies.
