At NCR Voyix, we are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented L1 Support Specialist to help us deliver world-class service to our customers and partners. What You’ll Do* Be the point of contact expert for incoming customer and field engineer calls, emails, and tickets. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, or escalate when necessary. * Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance. * Use our knowledge management systems to quickly identify solutions and share information with the team. * Take ownership of each incident from initial contact through final resolution. * Keep stakeholders informed when resolutions take longer than expected. * Monitor systems and events to anticipate customer needs before they arise. * Validate and grant user access following pre-approved client procedures and approval rules. What You Bring* Passion for problem-solving and helping others. * Proficiency in Spanish (English desirable). * Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends.
