For this company, we are seeking: **Junior Controller** * We are looking for a graduate professional in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, with a proactive, analytical profile and oriented toward continuous improvement. * The candidate will be responsible for control and management functions in the Latin American region (Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil), with Argentina serving as the regional headquarters. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in cost analysis, budgetary control, and cash\-flow within industrial or multinational companies, is required. * Proficiency in **English** is mandatory; knowledge of **Portuguese** will be considered a plus. * Based in Buenos Aires, the workplace will be at the Pilar Industrial Park, with occasional work at the Mercedes Industrial Park (Buenos Aires Province). * Start date: January 2026.
