Job Description: We are looking for a Back End SR to join our client's team. Your mission will be to provide technical expertise and leadership in the development of server-side functionality. Your contribution will be essential to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our applications, as well as to guide and mentor other team members. * Responsibilities System design and architecture: Lead the design of the back-end architecture, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and secure. Development of complex features: Implement complex server-side functionalities, ensuring high quality and performance. Performance optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing database queries, algorithms, and processes to improve system efficiency. Security and compliance: Implement robust security measures and comply with applicable security standards and regulations. Mentorship and technical leadership: Guide and mentor other development team members, sharing knowledge and best practices, and promoting a collaborative and continuously learning work environment. Skills and Required Experience * Experience leading development teams (mandatory). * Back end development courses: Courses covering specific programming languages (Java, Node.js), frameworks (Play, Spring), and back end development tools. * Specialized courses in back end development. * Participation in advanced courses covering topics such as architecture design, performance optimization, session and authorization management, and RESTful API development. * Database courses: Training in database design and management, query optimization, and administration of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, SQLServer). * Web security courses: Training in web security, including topics such as protection against common attacks (SQL injection, XSS) and implementation of secure development practices.
